E-Coat:

Electrophoretic coating (E-coat) is a water-soluble, low-VOC environmentally friendly industrial primer. Under the effect of electric field, coating ions evenly deposit on metal workpieces to form dense, uniform coatings with outstanding adhesion.

It is divided into cathodic electrophoretic coating and anodic electrophoretic coating. Cathodic E-coat delivers superior anti-corrosion performance, widely used in complete vehicles, auto parts, construction machinery, hardware, home appliances, rail transit and other metal anti-corrosion coating processes.

Features include high throwing power, excellent salt spray resistance, superior anti-corrosion, good edge coverage and thin uniform film. It supports fully automatic mass production and serves as the mainstream base coating material for metal anti-rust treatment.

Industrial Water-based Coatings:Industrial water-based coatings are industrial protective and decorative coatings using water as the main dispersion medium to replace traditional organic solvents. They are prepared with waterborne resins (waterborne epoxy, waterborne polyurethane, waterborne acrylic, waterborne electrocoating resins, etc.) as core film-forming substances, supplemented by pigments, fillers and environmental-friendly additives, with much lower VOC emissions than solvent-borne coatings. They are widely applied to anti-corrosion coating for industrial manufacturing products such as construction machinery, rail transit equipment, containers and agricultural machinery.
