CHINA-SAE 2021 VCAP SYMPOSIUM
On 17th 18th of July ,2021 the 9th China Automotive Anti-Corrosion and Aging Technology VCAP Forum was held in Beijing under the support of China Society of Automotive Engineering and Anti-Corrosion and Aging Branch , BAIC BJEV, Haolisen coating ,etc.
Mr.Zhang ,the General Manager of ODM Division , from HLS deliver a presentation entitled “Development and Market Application Effect of High-edge Anti corrosion Electrophoretic Coating for New Cryogenic Films”, shared it with hundreds of participants about HLS-17series development and marketing application.
Low temperature , thin film, high edge corrosion protection are the advantage of the HLS-17 series and the core of Zhang’s presentation. Graphene hybridization technology ensure that the film anti-corrosion performance is excellent, as well reducing the thickness of film ,lower curing energy consumption, so as to improve efficiency and energy for customer.
For example :an auto manufacture with an annual output of 2 million unit, if chassis alone usin HLS-17 , it can increase net profit by $8million/year. If take other components, then it will be up to $21million/year net profit.
